Ticket Payment via EasyPay
Request your ticket by phone or email and make a payment at any EasyPay desk.
- Contact us and request your travel details.
- We will provide you with a microaccount number (KIN) for the payment.
- Visit an EasyPay office and request the service transfer to ePay.bg microaccount. Make a money transfer to the specified KIN with your phone number as the payment reference. Important! Bring a valid ID card, as this is a financial transfer.
- We will purchase your tickets directly from the carrier and they will be ready for pickup at Desk 3 (Information). We will contact you by phone as soon as your payment is processed.
EasyPay charges service fees for financial transfers.
Your reservation will remain unconfirmed until payment is received. If there is only one seat available and someone else purchases it before your payment goes through, your reservation will be canceled.
Please check your payment receipt carefully. If the EasyPay staff did not enter your phone number in the payment reference field, we will not be able to contact you. Please reach out to us if your phone number is missing on the receipt.
Reservations cannot be made without confirmed payment.

This service represents a financial money transfer. Upon receiving the transfer, our staff purchases your ticket and holds it until pickup. EasyPay desks do not sell bus tickets directly; they only process money transfers.
In case of travel cancellation, the carrier may apply penalty fees. No refunds are issued if the passenger arrives late and misses the bus.
Every passenger must collect their ticket from Desk 3 (Information) before boarding the bus.
EasyPay Fees: Transfer up to €5: €0.20, up to €10: €0.30.
